Recipe: Serves 2-3
You will need:
300g strips of sirloin steak
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
Tips: Keep for a day in the fridge after cooking, the flavour is better on day two. Make sure to reheat thoroughly before serving. Substitute beef with chopped vegetables or duck.
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a deep frying pan and add 1 tbsp of coconut milk.
2. Add Thai Taste red curry paste and mix until the aromas are released (3 mins).
3. Add the beef, stirring to coat the meat with the paste (about 3 mins).
4. Stir in the rest of the coconut milk and simmer until the meat is cooked (about 5 mins). The sauce should not be too thick.
5. Add the sachet of herbs and continue to simmer for a further 3 mins.
You can add chopped coriander and sliced red chillies to finish off the dish. Serve with Thai Taste Sticky Rice.

What You Need
- 300g Chicken Breast (diced) or 250g Tofu (diced)
- 1 Red Pepper (sliced), 50g Mushrooms (sliced), Pea Aubergine (optional)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Cook in 3 Simple Steps: Ready in 15 Mins!
1 Add the oil to the hot pan & fry the paste with a tablespoon of coconut milk (3 mins).
2 Add the chicken. Coat with the paste (4 mins). Stir in the remaining coconut milk & simmer until cooked (5 mins).
3 Add the vegetables & Thai herbs, simmer (3 mins).
