Cooking guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 7 mins 30 secs
Needs cooking
Remove sleeve and film lid. Put the butter pellets to one side to use later. Preheat frying pan with 15ml of vegetable oil to a medium heat. Carefully add the asparagus and cook for 7 mins, stirring every few mins. Add the butter pellets. After 30 secs remove the frying pan from the heat and continue to roll the asparagus through the melted butter for a further 1 min.
Allow to stand for 1 min, before decanting to a serving dish.
Do not reheat.
