Giornata Orangotango reflects the purity of the soil, vintage, and grape from its Paso Robles origin. This wine pays homage to the winemaking team's favourite Italian styles while showcasing a unique character. Orangotango is technically an orange wine, created by fermenting white Italian varieties on their skins for a specific duration.
Enjoy this distinctive and fun expression of skin-contact winemaking.

Orangotango is a wine that defies expectation and is great fun to drink. Technically an "orange" wine, it is a blend of several white Italian varieties that were fermented for a period on their skins. Unlike most orange wines, this lot was then gently filtered prior to bottling, giving something that is decidedly more approachable (less funky) than some in the genre can be. The latest vintage contains three varieties (Falanghina, Vermentino and Fiano), these white grapes are fermented on skins in fermenters for 14-21 days.
Great served chilled and by itself, but also delicious when paired with any dish that have gentle spice froma Lamb roast joint or tagine, to harissa aubergine, and korean inspired dishes with kimchi.
Please drink responsibly: The UK Chief Medical Offers recommend adults do not regularly drink more than 14 units per week
