So when you want to re-live those happy memories, reach for delicious large Haddock fillets coated in Harry Ramsden's world famous secret recipe batter. Tasty on a Friday, served with chips and your favourite sauce!
Cooking guidelines
Air Fry - From Frozen. Alternatively, air fry from frozen.
180°C 14-16 mins
- Pre-heat to 180°C for 3 1/2 minutes.
- Place product in basket (max. 2 Haddock Fillets) and place in the air fryer.
- Turn over halfway through cooking.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
- These instructions are guidelines only.
- Do not refreeze after defrosting.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Tastiest when oven baked straight from the freezer.
220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas mark 7,20 mins
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
